A group of pol!ce sent by the Commission for the Invest!gation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Friday took writer Kanak Mani Dixit into guardianship. Around 20 pol!ce faculty incorporating those in civvies held him from Patan Dhoka in Lalitpur area.

"It's against the Supreme Court request issued by then Chief Justice Kalyan Shrestha." He included that SajhaYatayat is not an open organization but rather a helpful and the CIAA's activity is politically persuaded.
The CIAA said it has been examining grievances against Dixit that he amassed illicit property by mishandling his open post, and purchased house and land in USA and exchanged the responsibility for area enlisted for the sake of Madan Sumsher Rana and Jagadamba Rana.
Miffed by the CIAA move, Dixit had moved the Supreme Court (SC) in December contending that the counter unite body ruptured its ward and abused the examination process without saying specific charges. CIAA authorities had given over a summon letter to Dixit at the Tribhuvan International Airport while he was going to get onto a flight to Delhi.
Reacting to the writ, SC had requested the CIAA to submit to the lawful system while leading its examination.
